MY GIFT TO YOU THIS SEASON: CHEDDAR'S SPINACH DIP RECIPE
(special thanks to Stephanie Lollis for passing it on to me)
Mozarella cheese...1 cup
American cheese...1 cup
Parmesan cheese (shredded)...1 cup
2 big tbsp sour cream
Frozen chopped spinach...1 pkg
Alfredo sauce...3/4 cup
Garlic...1 tsp
Red bell pepper flakes...2 tsp
Mix together and cook in casserole pan @350 degrees for 30 minutes.

There is a secret...that only I (and my wife) know...you must take the frozen spinach and put it in a t-towel...and WRING the water out of it..."Twist...like you did last summer...and then Twist again"...till all the water drains out of the spinach. This is critical to the consistency of the spinach dip...
