Tonight for dinner we had grilled chicken, spinach salad (with that yummy dressing from Neighborhood Pizza!) and fresh pineapple. It was so juicy and good! If you are looking for a natural dessert or a taste of summer, they have them at WalMart for less than $3!

Did you peel and core it or was it all ready to eat? I made the mistake of buying a "whole" pineapple one time and about cut every single finger trying to get that thing open!

Tom peeled it and cored it. He's good with knives!
Oh...I'm practically salivating. Someone at work told me the pineapples were really good there this week. Adding it to my list!
