POWERPACKS

Tomorrow is POWERPACKS Friday, so today was "pack the bags" Thursday. It was going great until I got a fax from a friend telling me about the salmonella scare in peanut butter; specifically Great Value and Peter Pan peanut butter. Well, the day before yesterday, Tom and I did some shopping for POWERPACKS and bought 100 jars of Great Value peanut butter to add to our 40 jars we had on the shelf. Do you know that all but 10 of the jars of peanut butter we had were from the batch that they were recalling? UGH! So, the kids didn't get peanut butter this week and Gary E. is taking back the bad stuff tomorrow. Oh, well.
